Postage, Delivery and Returns
We aim to dispatch our premium chocolate products within 48 hours of receiving your order using a tracked courier. At peak times please allow a minimum of 5 days.
Our bars are packed in simple, recyclable Kraft/cardboard boxes with tissue paper to protect them. The prices below are for delivery to Mainland UK ONLY. Please contact us if you would like a quote for anything further afield. If you would like a special message adding please drop us a line when ordering in the checkout section and we’ll happily oblige.

3. Exchanges and Refunds
We pride ourselves on the quality of all our chocolate products, but if any item doesn’t live up to your expectations, please send us an email and pics if necessary at email@example.com and let us know the problem.
Generally we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be in the original packaging, and be returned within 14 days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping goods over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, and please get proof of sending as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Right to cancel
All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the The Distance Selling Regulations which give consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation 8 of The Distance Selling Regulations.
All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. [Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.] In providing the the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressee.
These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law.
